INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

Individual counseling is an effective way to find clarity, understand behavior patterns in yourself or your family members, and to treat challenges we come across in our daily lives. Change, particularly lasting change, takes time and effort. The process and pace is up to you. Generally most women find relief from immediate concerns within a few sessions but to make longer-term progress, ongoing therapy is often useful. This can be weekly, bi-monthly or monthly, depending on the issue and your needs. We can talk together to decide what might be the most helpful for your situation.

MASSAGE THERAPY

Massage therapy is an excellent way to treat neck and low back tension and stiffness, injury, stress, chronic pain, depression, fibromyalgia, psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, abdominal discomfort, spasms, anxiety, PTSD, hip & leg pain and headaches and jaw tension. Massage is a perfect compliment to mainstream or alternative therapies. Studies show that pain is significantly reduced with regular massage treatments in addition to feelings of overall well-being and an increased ability to manage stress. It is also very helpful for individuals recovering from drug, alcohol or prescription addictions, eating disorders and co-dependency.
